HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
We dispatch all orders the same day if ordered before 2pm Monday to Friday or before noon on Saturday. Orders are sent using USPS Retail 1st Class mail and are estimated by USPS to arrive 5 to 8 business days after dispatch. However, normally this will only take between 2 to 5 business days.
You can upgrade your order to USPS 1st Class which is estimated by USPS to take 3 to 4 business days and includes Tracking.
Or you can upgrade to Expedited (Priority) Mail which is estimated by USPS to take 1 to 2 business days and includes Tracking.
All delivery times are estimates by USPS and depend on location/distance/time of year.
All orders are dispatched from NC.
IS SHIPPING FREE?
Yes, we ship for FREE anywhere within the contiguous US. Our Free Shipping does NOT include tracking.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and the Outlying Islands incure a flat rate charge of $2.50 regardless of the size of the order. These orders will include Tracking
Orders to Canada will be send using USPS First Class International Package and rates will be calculated based on your address. Shipping to Canada is more expensive (anywhere between $15 to $20) but changes very little if you order mutliples so we encourage you to make 1 larger order rather then multiple small ones.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Orders under $25 are send without tracking, they will be scanned at your mailbox and will not require a signature to be delivered.
During checkout you can choose to Upgrade your shipping to include Tracking. Orders over $25 will automatically be upgraded to 1st Class with Tracking.
Expedited orders and/or orders to Alaska, Hawaii and the Outlying Islands with automatically include tracking.
If an order is send tracked you will be emailed the tracking number along with your dispatch confirmation.
MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED
For orders sent to US addresses please allow 10 business days (after dispatch) for delivery before reaching out to us. If you have not received your order within this time frame please contact us with your order number and confirmation of your full delivery address so we can follow up with USPS. For orders placed in November and December please allow an additional 2 business days for delivery.
If your order did not include tracking and you did not receive your order within the above time frame, ensure to reach out to us within 3 weeks of your dispatch date. We can not open an investigation with USPS after more then 3 weeks from the dispatch date and will have to considder the item as delivered.
DO YOU HAVE GIFT BOXES?
All of our jewellery will be delivered with branded velveteen pouches, we do not have gift boxes or wrap available unless it is stated on the listing.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM FOR AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND?
Please contact us before sending any items back to us so we can create a return authorisation and provide full return details.
